1 Day: Any 24 hour period, maximum 8 hours on the hour meter
1 Week: Any 5 consecutive calendar days, maximum 40 hours on the hour meter
1 Month: Any 28 consecutive days, maximum 160 hours on the hour meter

Is Delivery available?
Delivery is available within a 30 minute radius of us. Delivery rates are charged per mile. Customers are welcome
     to haul themselves any distance.

What if a piece of equipment or trailer breaks down?
Each situation is unique, but we do not provide onsite repair service beyond the 30 minute delivery radius. In the
event of a breakdown, call 717-278-8891 right away and we will work to find the best solution to get you back up
and running as quickly as possible.

What are the pickup and return times?
Being that we are a small business operated from a farm/home, all pick up and delivery is by appointment. With
some basic planning and communication, this works just as smoothly as retail hours at a larger rental yard.

Are there any additional hidden fees?
We have no hidden fees; however, the state of Pennsylvania does require us to collect tax. All equipment and
trailer rentals are subject to a 6% PA Sales Tax and all trailers may be subject to an additional vehicle rental tax of
     $2
per rental period plus 2% of the rental rate on the trailer.

Are tie downs included for all equipment?
When renting a piece of equipment and trailer to haul it, proper chains/binders/straps (depending on machine)
are included with the rental at no additional charge. If you are using your own trailer, we do have chains/binders
available for rent to use. We will also help you to make sure each piece of equipment is tied down safely.

What if you have never run a piece of equipment like this?
All of our equipment is extremely user friendly to use. Prior to all rentals, we will go over all basic operations of
the piece of equipment and try to give any tips or pointers based on the task at hand. We also encourage
customers to check out some YouTube videos on each piece of equipment for additional tips and tricks.

Is a damage waiver or insurance available?
Yes! We offer a damage waiver very similar to any other rental store. This will be offered at the time of rental. The
cost of the damage waiver is based on the cost of the rental. The damage waiver is intended to cover accidental
damage to equipment when in the renter's possession. Please see rental agreements for terms and conditions of
     the damage waiver.

How do we accept payments?
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards and many digital platforms (Venmo, Paypal, etc). A drivers license is
required for all rentals and credit card may be required for incidentals on a case by case basis.
